Although Ive been bouncing around fishing tournaments in between charter fishing, the reports have been great here at home. Last weekend we enjoyed a little glory in West Palm Beach while fishing the pro series sail fish tournament called the shoot out. We worked hard to hold on to 2nd place over all with 11 sail fish releases which gave us a nice purse. Since then we have seen great sail fishing here at home and every thing else too. Wreck fishing is very good and king fishing is in full swing here in Key Largo. More black grouper have shown up and the mutton snapper are biting pretty good also. Black fin tuna, mahi and Wahoo are biting just off the edge of the reef and live bait fishing has been very steady. We are seeing a cold front right now which will only spark the bite up. We are fishing the Presidential sail fish tournament sponsored by Cheeca lodge this week end. Ill post the results Sunday. Lets go fishing!
Thanks,
Capt. George
